During launches, pre-orders, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship according to the estimated timeline stated on the product page or at checkout.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship together unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or brokerage fees required by their country.
Rimoné Paris is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Rimoné Paris is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, Rimoné Paris is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues. We recommend using a secure delivery address.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and item.
